Experience in healthcare since 1983 to present. Neida has worked in various areas over the years such as Critical Care and Pulmonary Services, Intensive Care, Emergency and trauma Services, Cardiac and Open Heart Surgery Institute, Neonatal Intensive Care, Center for Sleep Medicine, Community Health Education, Habits Change and Disease Prevention and a Private Practice in Positive Psychology. She founded this Ministry as a calling from God to use her experience to help people.
DOING WHAT I LOVE MOST
Only the Lord needs to be exalted and glorified with every opportunity. My accomplishments have only been possible by God's immeasurable Grace, Mercy and Love. There is no higher, greater place to be than at the Lord's feet serving Him. As I take a glimpse look into my hard work, efforts, tears, challenging and some painful experiences, I can honestly say...it has been all worth it!! For through the years, He has prepared me to do I'm able to do now in this ministry, for nothing is wasted for the Lord.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Working for the Kingdom of God is not an easy task. This is an endeavor that certainly has not been taken lightly. Chosen to do the Lord's calling it is not just any job, it is not any position, it is not a get rich scheme, it is not recognition and much less a competitive edge. To work for the Lord, I have learned to desist of me, my wants and my garments to be able to wear what He has clothed me with to humbly serve His people. I strive to come a tiny bit closer every day to be like Jesus in every endeavor.

I strive to create a path for my dependents and my loved ones. So they have an easier road to travel through. My dream is to create environments where they can follow and fulfill their dreams, feel secure, protected and satisfied therein.
Building a spiritual legacy for my children, grandchildren that is based on forgiveness. I declare the blessings of freedom, peace and prosperity for a 1000 of my generations. For our future generations will reap the blessing.

Individuals can be broken, confused and desperate. But sometimes all they need is an embrace and to be told that they are loved. More importantly, to know that God loves them as well. Negligent acts, sinful actions and poor decisions have humanity sick. Providing health education programs towards wellness solutions are a new seed. People are eager to learn, desperate for change and willing to take the steps as they belief in themselves.
A chance to come to Jesus and trust Him in the process. To be guided
by the Lord as they engage in change. Seeing people to begin to believe in themselves, certainly motivates me everyday to keep going. Restore relationships, overcome bad habits, saved marriages, are by far a few of the things the Lord can do when we surrender. As the community cries out in need, I am sure the Lord will continue to inspire others to join us to help out. To Him we give all the Glory!
